My journey with ESTIEM’s Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Green Belt course began at Gdansk University of Technology, where I delivered my first course as an instructor. I quickly became the Instructor Responsible for the European LSS team, managing 200+ instructors, developing content, coordinating courses, and ensuring smooth communication.After teaching at universities like Coimbra and Eindhoven, I took on leadership during CM Belgrade. Leading a multicultural team, we restructured roles and organized 24 courses across 19 universities, engaging 370+ participants and achieving a record year for the project. This experience deepened my skills in leadership and cross-cultural collaboration
